More on the mighty Geoduck

Yesterday evening I posted a fun little post with a song. You should go there if you haven’t already.

The Gooey-Duck Song that I posted yesterday should in no way be confused with the Evergreen State College fight song.

The mascot of Evergreen (in Olympia, Washington) is none other than the mighty geoduck!

Their fight song goes a little like this…

Go, Geoducks go,
Through the mud and the sand,
let’s go.
Siphon high, squirt it out,
swivel all about,
let it all hang out.

Go, Geoducks go,
Strech your necks when the tide
is low

let it all hang out.

Seriously. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a recording of it. I did however find the geoduck mascot strutting his/her/it’s stuff on the basketball court.
