The Moving Trip Day Four – Oh?… Hi! OH!!!

I didn’t post about day three, as it was mostly hanging out with Rati and Dwija. But in the evening, Madhava Ghosh, Vidya and Maha-laxmi dropped by and Sarah made vegan doughnuts while I made pasta.

I’m going to miss these fine folks quite a bit. I got a chance to visit with Madhava Ghosh before they came over and it was really fun. He’s a great guy. He and Vidya (his wife) should seriously think about somehow doing a radio show. Funny, funny couple. That night, they did a “psychic” trick that I really have to try on a group of someones.

It’s with much sadness that we left West Virginia. I’m going to miss Rati and Dwija more than I thought. And I thought that I’d miss them a whole hell of a lot.

We left around 11am, off to a late start, taking US 40/National Road as much as possible and I-70 the rest of the way.

We saw some odd things along the way, which makes me enjoy Ohio more that one normally might. In Columbus, we found the Corn Field and in Springfield, we found a pretty amazing rock garden.

Our travels ended just across the Ohio/Indiana border in Richmond, IN.

Tomorrow is Indiana, Illinois and a bunch of Iowa. We’ll have to get an early start.

Here are the pics from today!
