Most of my crap

Today I moved most of my crap to the garage, into a space the size of a ReloCube. A ReloCube is a shipping container that is 6′x7′x8′ (LxWxH). That’s how we’ll be moving our stuff to Seattle. I used sidewalk chalk to outline the 6′x7′ bits and piled on.

Most of the boxes are either books or records. Mostly books. I have 750lbs of books. It was 700lbs, but since nobody bought my Srimad-Bhagavatam set, that adds another 50. There is one box with kitchen stuff and another box or two to come. I’ve got some furniture (couple of small bookshelves and a few side stands that should all fit. Sarah’s stuff should be able to fit on top my my stuff. We have eight feet of height to work with, so all should be good.

I feel like I have so much to do, but no real idea how to go about it. Most of it will happen in Seattle and I’m already fried about it. Finding storage, getting a job, getting a place, getting used to riding in nothing but rain.

But still, I’m amazingly sick of living here and especially tired of hearing about Jesus. Seriously, Jesus is pretty amazing, but enough is enough.

I’m in a bad mood today. Surprise. At least I think I might have gotten the scooter problems resolved. I’ll have to go check it again this evening (I was having starting issues). I ordered a few things that I needed for the scooter and I believe they’re coming today. Lovely, I get to swear at my scooter some more. Woo!

Hey, Jesus is a friend of mine! :-)
Don’t worry, it’ll all work out. But, yeah, the whole rain thing really does suck.

Hey, if it cheers you up at all, I just found out I’m gonna have more nerves killed…two separate appointments next week. Burn baby, burn.

I’ll get used to it. I rode in a TON of rain on Scoot 66 and the Civil War trip. It’s not bad unless you’re trying to do tourist stuff, which I was. In Seattle, it’ll just be riding. And I can always take the bus if’n I have to.

And OH MY GOD I’m so cheery now that you’re having nerves killed! Let’s have a nerve genocide! DEATH TO FALSE NERVES!!! hehehe

Hehe! Yep, my appts. are the 14th and 16th. I’ll be oh so much fun when you guys are here. BUT YOU HAVE TO COME ANYWAY!!! Maybe I’ll just take my meds. I hear I’m quite entertaining when I’m all doped up. Did I tell you how much Dwija (and the office staff) was laughing at me when I had that injection? Anyway, now I do it without. Oh, I know, I’m very brave. :-)

You know MY feeling on rain. It’s good, but one should never have to go out in it!
