Let’s play NAME THAT CAT!!

There’s a cute lil kitteh that’s been poking around lately. She seems to have taken to me quite well. But she needs a name.

Ohai! I can has name, please?

If a better name is not thought of, her name will be Jane (NOT my choice). Please save this gal from such terror.

Oh, if your name is Jane, no worries. I like the name well enough… just not for a cat.

She’s very friendly, but doesn’t like to be held. Though, she’ll come to you when you’re there. I don’t think she’s quite grown, but has had a rough life thus far. There’s a really bad cut under her chin, on her neck. And I believe her tail is missing an inch or so.

So go on! What are you waiting for?!

Well the first thing that jumps out (and apologies to my brother here) is that kitty has “natural tilak”

(And okay, this just came to me I can’t resist…considering it’s physical state you could always call her “kuli”, and yes, i can hear you groan out loud on that one. Too bad she’s not lighter, you could call her Gauri. Ditto on the groan.) :-)

This is the perfect name for pretty much anything. You should have named both your kids this.

How about Silly-Sally? Or Nannette? Maybe you can name her after food like Paneer, Subji, Chapati…

Just call her Bob and get it over with, you know you want to. hehe.

Haha. Thanks! I know this is shallow but you have no idea what a relief it was when I heard it. Its so normal and not at all a mans name. I like it!

I do not like this name, Katie, for a cat- unless you call her “Katie-cat” which still is like meh. Who owns this cat anyway? Its yours right? If it is that means you have naming rights!

You can always call her “Katie Kate”
like you have an accent trying to call her “kitty cat”
