Dates? Seriously?

I think I might have some dates for my trips this summer.

Here goes:

Down the Shore – June 1 – June 9 (this depends upon me getting my scooter back before May 26, if I don’t, the trip will either be canceled or swapped with the New England trip, thus canceling that one)
Gettysburg – June 30 – July 4
Breeze through New England – July 20 – July 28 (July 13 – 21 if Marti can watch the store that week)
Carpet Bagging the South – Aug 3 – Aug 24
Scoot 66 (if it happens) – Sept 1 – October ?

Michael will be here from June 10ish – July 16ish.

This schedule gives me time to make sure my scooter is doing alright after the first trip. I’d honestly rather do the New England trip July 13 – 21, so I’d have more time between trips. But we shall see.

If I don’t get my scooter back in time, the Jersey trip will be bumped to July 20 – 28 (or July 13 – 21 if Marti can work) and the New England trip will be canceled.

If I don’t sell the store soon enough, the Scoot 66 trip will have to be put off till next spring. If that’s the case AND I have to cancel one of the trips due to the scooter not being ready in time, I’ll make that trip up in the early fall.

Even though I have dates, it still seems like everything is up in the air. Once I have the scooter back and once I know when Marti can work and once I know if I’m selling the store in time, things will be clearer. I figure that I’ll have all this set in stone by the end of summer/early autumn. Wee!
